Space-Dividend Management Training
Modern change management training sessions lack impressive environments to ingrain the change and create personal stories that transfer the professional development. Explorasport has the guiding experience and access to a training environment that few on earth and everyone in space has learned from.
Concept
Using Cosmonaut training facilities, management training techniques and social science principles to create an impressive and unforgettable learning environment, Explorasport is in the process of developing the world's first space camp for executives.
Explorasport founder Philip McMaster received his MBA from Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) and an undergraduate degree in Applied Human Sciences from Concordia University in Montreal.
Concordia professors like Raye Kass, researcher and project developer associated with SFINCSS-99 (the "Simulation of Flight of an International Crew in a Space Station") at Moscow's Institute of Biomedical Problems (IBMP) stimulated ideas on the training and development of team skills for use on earth as well as in space.
As the former Vice-President, Communications for SpacePort Canada, a mid nineteen-nineties project to develop an orbital space-launch facility in Canada using Russian lift vehicles, Philip McMaster has traveled the world bringing useful business methods and human performance technologies back down to Earth.
